Focus & Flow Mini-Planner
Give your tasks a home. You can be set up in 5 minutes.
If your tasks are living in your head, on sticky notes and in whichever app you opened last (guilty as charged 🫣), you know how loud that gets by Tuesday. "Work on course" can follow you around for weeks...
This is a simplified Notion dashboard for clarity before complexity. Your tasks get one calm place to land, and you only choose what today gets.

What's inside The Focus & Flow Mini-Planner:
- My Focus This Week: one line that gives your week its direction, so you stop deciding it all over again every morning (a focus box right at the top of your dashboard).
- My Top 3 Tasks for Today: room for up to 3 tasks that support this week's focus (and fewer is allowed, 1 is still a day 😉).
- My Tasks This Week: everything out of your head, each with a due date and the energy it needs, so you can choose by the capacity you have today (a Notion task database that sorts itself into views, including quick wins, overdue and unscheduled).
- Done & Dusted: proof of what you finished for when your brain insists you've done nothing (rude, right? 🤣). Every task you tick moves here by itself 🥂
Plus: optional morning and evening resets, so tomorrow doesn't have to inherit all of today's open tabs, and a monthly focus space for when you want to zoom out.
Your five-minute start is waiting inside. Add whatever is taking up space in your brain, give each task a date and its energy, pick your focus for the week. That's enough to begin, the rest can wait until you feel like it.
This one is for you if...
- You run a business and your tasks are spread over too many places
- You want to open one page and know what today is for
- You'd like a Notion setup small enough to start using today (it lives in your own Notion, so you'll need an account)
This is where your "I should really organise this" becomes "oh... this actually works."
Made by Jakolien Sok, Notion Official Ambassador and Notion consultant, with more than 19 years in business.
It's a digital product with instant access, so I don't offer refunds once you have it, apart from anything the law gives you (it's all in my terms). That's why everything inside is listed right here. If it doesn't click for you, tell me, I want to hear about it: [email protected]
As soon as you've paid you land on your access page, and your welcome email with your login link follows, ready when you are.
